We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the date for the Bike Story Night Campout has been set!

RSVP is required for this amazing event, whether you plan to bike, drive, camp, or simply hang out to enjoy the captivating stories and live music.
Enjoy campfire hangs before and after the stories! Bring your own camping gear, and join in the pre-event campfire gathering to connect with fellow attendees, share your own biking anecdotes, and build excitement for the night ahead. After the storytelling, gather around the campfire once more to swap stories, share laughs, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Please remember to bring your own camping gear, including tents, sleeping bags, and anything else you need for a comfortable night under the starlit sky. We'll provide the campfire, but it's your stories and camaraderie that will truly make this a night to remember! 🔥🏕️
🎤 Calling all storytellers! If you have a bike story to share, we'd love to hear it! Submit your story by November 5th for a chance to be featured on our special campout night. We're opening additional submissions for one or two entries of each category: bike poem, short fictional story, or even an original song if you've got the talent! Don't worry if you're a last-minute storyteller; we've set aside time for Wild Card entries as well. Share 1-2 paragraphs about your bike life or story, whether it's fond memories of childhood bike rides, thrilling adventures, or how bikes have made a significant impact on your life. 🚲🏕️🚲 Ride out to the Campout! Ride solo or with a group - Stay tuned for updates on locations, times, and ride leaders for the groups. It's a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the journey from with fellow biking enthusiasts! 33 Mi from Austin // 48 - San Marcos // 36 - Lockhart // 26 -Elgin // 17 - Bastrop. No matter what route you take make sure it's safe and you're prepared!
If you plan on driving - Carpooling is highly encouraged, as parking at the campsite is limited (only 20 spots available). Let's come together and reduce our environmental impact.

✨ Volunteers needed! 🙋♀️🙋♂️ We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help us make this event a smashing success! If you're passionate about bikes, storytelling, or event management, we'd love to have you on board. Whether it's assisting with logistics, guiding participants during the campout, or helping with setup and tear-down, every bit of help is appreciated.
